Starting with… the mage

But if you don’t want to wait any longer, you can request a new password on the Blizzard website.

Go to Account, then Manage Account and click the “Forgot your Password?” link. Enter your account name and the answer to your secret question. This automatically sends a new password to your e-mail address which you can then use to log in.

When this happens we immediately stop the powerleveling and after 3 days, when the account is back to normal, we deliver the remaining price of your order in gold or refund the money.

For example: You bought powerleveling for level 1-70 but the account is suspended when your character is lvl 65. Then we will check the price for the remaining 5 levels and calculate how much gold we can deliver on your server for this amount or refund it if you prefer.

It is not safe to continue powerleveling or start a new powerleveling order on the same account after a 3 days suspension, because the account can then be permabanned. You can still buy gold for your characters without any risk though.
